Fairbanks & Associates is owned and operated by Len Fairbanks, P.E. Len received his bachelor of science in general civil engineering in 1983 and his master of engineering in structural engineering in 1984 from Texas A&M University. Len has been a dual licensed civil/structural engineer (Texas Board of Professional Engineers Registration No. 64662) since 1988.

Your construction project’s geographical location will affect the complexity of the work that an engineer completes. Len has spent his life in the Pineywoods of East Texas and understands the unique climate and topography factors that play a role in projects in the greater East Texas area. He has an unrivaled understanding of the local needs and location-specific knowledge, particularly when building on lake properties and the specific structural requirements that go with it.
